Popup coverring statusline if Mason border are enabled

Like the title says, if I add a border to the Mason popup, it covers the statusline.

I read first the docs. The only options that I can change are width and height. If I decrease the height, only at the value of 0.7 and below is the popup not coverring the statusline, but the window is to small and stays at the bottom.

Then I read the discussion #865 for help, but the solution is only if the popup has no border.

Last I read the pull request #905, but the border offset, that is added, is not enough if border are enabled and I can't change this value.
