Calculate number of deaths averted due to COVID vaccination

The repository accompanies the manuscript entitled: "Number of deaths directly averted as a result of COVID-19 vaccination programs in the WHO European Region between December 2020 and November 2021"
Please note that aggregated, weekly country level, age-group specific data will need to be provided as well as weekly, country level, age group specific vaccination data for the script to run.
