Description:
Message from Nick seems to indicate an issue with the WFAU TAP services appearing in TOPCAT. Need to investigate:

I was going to suggest the multi-cone search in TOPCAT, but I can't see most of our TAP services in TOPCAT right now. Is there a problem with them?

I can confirm that with the version of Topcat I have locally, the default registry does not show our services. They only show up when switching to any of the other registries. Are they blacklisted on the default Registry?
