Problem with Display, Icons,... in React

Hey, I have installed webpixels and follow the instructions to be able to integrate the Purpose template to my React project. unfurntantly i had issue as shown in the screen shots

Plus when i use the building tool you suggest as laravel-mix i can even pass the situation of npm i with this persistent error

how can you help either to go throught using React app or laravel-mix but both don't work for me.
