The new script build-docker should publish a new image when a new release is made, but has pushed only latest tag. In detail it should build and publish the latest tag and for example 0.2.1 but with this last failed, i manually created it locally and pushed.
Maybe the latest tag is not important, but at least would be preferable that will push tags made by every release.

thius is not solved yet, it only publish the latest tag... i will ask support to the elgohr/Publish-Docker-Github-Action devs.

Maybe i should apply again these changes: elgohr/Publish-Docker-Github-Action#141 ?
