Add a main summary page explaining how everything around the Research department:

• how the Research department works
• future plans/roadmap/edition plan
• definition of basic qualitative metrics
• the research team and the tools used (repositories)
• how to get involved

@Msiusko Thanks for adding the list of research projects to the documentation, but that's not exactly the goal of Research page (in fact it's an unnecessary duplication and complication). There is a Github project and a website for listing research projects - this should be mainly the documentation of the research department itself. In the same style as the Events page.
