What part of document/web-page on weaviate.io is affected?

Dirk & I discussed how the Weaviate Python client should handle datetime input when it doesn't have timezone information. (e.g. in Filters)

Current proposal is to assume UTC unless specified otherwise. But circle back & check final implementation. Add a note as appropriate.
