Automate generation and upload of Docker images

Description

Automate the generation of Wazuh Indexer packages using a GitHub Workflow. The process to build Docker images for Wazuh Indexer is already implemented, but not automated or documented.

Functional requirements

• The Workflow builds Wazuh Indexer docker images following the process defined in Phase V - Docker images #192.

Implementation restrictions

• The Docker images are published to our Quay.io registry.

Plan

• Create a GitHub Workflow that builds and publishes Docker images.
• If required, set repository level credentials to push to Quay (ask your manager).
• Generate documentation.
