It is possible that the display uses a different scale (not 0-100 but 0-200 or 255 or so), that's why you can't reach the full scale. You can change this under DDC settings. |

Setting the DCC Sliders Quick Config in the menu bar from 0-100 to 0-255 for RGB Gain seems to have resolved it. Changing the values in Settings to 0-255 for RGB Gain didn't seem to help. I would like to add that this didn't happen when a single monitor was connected via HDMI or Type-C/Thunderbolt. After I connected a second M27QP is when things got weird. Thanks for your help! |

My issue is very similar to this: #1046
I connected 2 Gigabyte M27QP monitors via USB-C/Thunderbolt from my M2 Mac Mini and started changing DDC Control settings. After doing this the colors are way off and the only way I can get the back to somewhat normal is if I make RGB 100% in BetterDisplay. The brightness is now much lower as well even at 100% for all brightness related settings. My monitors are now stuck this way regardless of OS.
I have tried resetting BetterDisplay to default, "factory resetting" the monitors and resetting the windowserver preferences. - https://github.com/waydabber/BetterDisplay/wiki/Safe-mode,-app-reset,-app-removal#exhaustive-reset steps 3, 4, 9.
Changing monitor settings via the OSD doesn't help either.
It seems as though the factory reset on these monitors doesn't actually do what needs to be done and I'm not sure if there's a way to do a full reset by clearing the memory.
Any help would be much appreciated!
