fn keys for brightness / volume

I'm using an LG ergo keyboard and trying to set brightness and volume with its keys. Regardless of me setting it so fn must be pressed or not, their pushes are not detected. They only get detected when it's executing F1, F10 or such (the opposite use of the volume/media keys)

Is this feature only supported in pro?

if you want to assign the standard function keys, you need to define them as custom shortcuts. You can assign Fn keys to brightness and volume in the free version as well. You can define custom shortcuts under Settings/Keyboards in the app.
