Custom Resolution is Gone After Some Time

If I define some custom resolutions for my external monitor and let computer sleep + wait some significant time + wake up the computer or plug out the HDMI from the computer + wait some significant time + plug in the HDMI causes problems such as the resolution of the monitor is going to be reverted and my rotation config is reset. Restarting Mac fixes the problem temporarily (all of the config + custom resolution comes again.).

Because the issue is happening with native resolution, the issue is not duplicated of #545.

You should check the app's Settings/Displays/Show display information and see if display identifiers (notable UUID) changes in these instances or not. If so then this might be a display issue. It probably happens with BetterDisplay not running as well.

Tag and Configuration IDs are changing but I don't know what these infos are meaning. In addition, the problem does not happen without BetterDisplay. The monitor is actually not HiDPI or near HiDPI monitor, it is a 24" 1920x1080.

These look normal. The tag and configuration ID is irrelevant for display detection. The resolution and rotation is handled by the window server in macOS, not by BetterDisplay. If for some reason it reverts, you can try using BetterDisplay's configuration lock feature for the resolution and rotation - if the app detects some OS induced change, it will try to correct the issue. Let me know if that helps!

Actually, I have tried the config lock feature while I was on trial, which isn't the case at the moment. But it didn't help, unfortunately. I don't really know why it resets.
