It would be very nice if the user could set the font himself, the standard sans-serif font doesn't suit me very well for reading long texts, for example.
In order to be able to read with focus, a full-screen view would also be more comfortable, i.e. hiding the title and status bar.
Maybe it is possible to access the Reader View of Safari?

I think the result with readability is already quite good, the module also allows many typographic adjustments and the main advantage is that it hides all non-content of web pages quite reliably.
But, personally, I have meanwhile set up my own solution apart from Wallabag for myself. In short, I use Shortcuts to let my Raspberry Pi generate epubs* from websites for me, which I can then read on the iPhone with all comfort.
