How to remove accessories added by this plugin?

I just removed this plugin, but I still can see (and "control" - with no reaction on the lamp side) the lamps in my Home app

It is a bug of Homebridge, I solved by hiding the accessories in a "Control room" I've created.

I deleted yeelight part in the cachedAccessories in accessories folder and see the lamp is removed in the Home app

Is there an easy way to navigate this file?

I have one string in that file that appears to go on for ever, seems impossible to edit with Nano?

I think I deleted this file in the past trying to accomplish this, and it ended up destroying my Homebridge setup and I had to start from scratch again, would love to just edit out unwanted items.
