spider solitaire cannot deal cards on Droid Maxx Motorola smartphone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There is not any way to deal more cards in Spider Solitaire on the Droid 
Maxx Motorola smartphone.

No way to deal cards

I have used this app for years & never had a problem on any other cell phone. 
Its a shame. I loved this app.

cards.
