Do any showstoppers exist which prevent to make new vulkano release?

There is too much breaking changes collected in changelog since last release. It will be painful to upver dependent projects if it collects more changes. Also changelog contains useful changes in addition list, which can be delivered to users via new release.

We're in the process of releasing at the moment. There have been some blockers, most of which have been addressed. We actually reduced the changelog by a lot because of that. I feel that the release is very light on breaking changes compared to most.
