It is time to continue Website development on its own repository.

Create new GitHub repository for the Website (vst/hostpatrol-website).
Move Website codebase to its repository.
Remove Website-related GitHub actions from this repository.
Setup Website-related GitHub actions in its repository.

The Website is going to be deployed to the GitHub Pages of vst/hostpatrol-website repository.
