Finding another home for this project

I'll be archiving this repository in one week (5 May) and deleting it one week after that (12 May), unless someone comes forward with an alternative organization or account to transfer it to. We will also no longer publish circe-magnolia artifacts into the io.circe group ID on Maven Central, so the build will need to be changed (and presumably also the io.circe.magnolia packaging, to match, although we can't really oblige anyone to change the packaging).
