UI improvement: add health tab to vocab detail #38

The health tab would include:
last:

download status & datum (per source)
analysis status & datum
unification status & datum
mapping status & datum
number of entities of pivot entity class
number of entities from dataset in unified dataset
number of entities from dataset in search index

We'll also include a graph showing the history of some numbers:

number of entities of pivot entity class
number of entities from dataset in unified dataset
