Option + key triggers manual switch #3

Steps to Reproduce

When you have Option as a manual switch button, try to type '10€' (press option + E)

Expected results:
Special symbol is being typed correctly

Actual results:
Manual switch is being triggered

Possible solution: make sure that hotkey is being pressed then released in a short time
