Person_names.txt placed in root directory instead of in static directory

Person_names.txt is a static file used for processing random name. It has been placed in the root directory of project, which should be in the static file path of the directory.

Issue cleared. A new static folder has been configured to place the person_names.txt. Also, respective code has been modified, to read the name file from the respective static folder.
