Configuring MEDIA_ROOT to STATIC_ROOT #10

person_names.txt has been configured to take from MEDIA_ROOT, which has to be taken from STATIC_ROOT defined path.

Issue cleared. The static path for person_names.txt has been configured in STATIC_ROOT and verified.
