Implement instant view support for notes with links.

It's quite often that people post notes containing links. It would be a huge UX win if amethyst support almost immediate view of those links provided they are instant view enabled.

The spec is done, telegram has created and implemented it and published for content providers and other apps to follow. Currently many prominent web sites support it including nostr ecosystem.

This looks very centralizing. Somebody has to approve templates for EACH website so that the app can render. That happens on a fixed server and that server can lie to everyone. Besides that, the server operator can now track every link a user sees and build list of interests for that user.

The request is not about adding instant view to nostr notes. The request is about rendering external links sent via nostr.
