Missing git tags

There are no tags in this git repository. I expected to see a tag for each version of this project that has been released.

The tags could also a good indicator that the project is alive and new releases are being pushed out. Having proper content on the releases would also provide change log that's easier to read.

I'm hoping the @vitoc and the other maintainers are going to start tagging releases at some point 😊
