Loading configuration from /root/.duplicity.config.
Command line error: Expected 2 args, got 0
Enter 'duplicity --help' for help screen.

basically its running this:
/usr/bin/nice -n 15 /usr/bin/ionice -c2 -n7 /usr/bin/duplicity
