What about adding a link to m68k-atari-mint-pkg-config #2

Hello Vincent

I have just installed the cross-mint-essential for Debian. I have noticed that it does not setup pkg-config for m68k-atari-mint-pkg.
I think it would be nice to have the package installation setup the link. You might have to add something like:

ln -sr -- /usr/share/pkg-config-crosswrapper /usr/bin/m68k-atari-mint-pkg-config

somewhere in the installation scripts.

Keep up the good work.
