Command to publish a post to Facebook group

PROBLEM
On Facebook group, we created a category/tag named Meanwhile on Discord. We use it to share hot topics which is ongoing on Discord. Those posts act as a bridge that connects Facebook group and Discord and brings Facebook members to Discord.

At this moment, Facebook posts are manually made. From time to time, there are interesting topics on Discord but they aren't populated on Facebook. This issue also reduces interactions and engagement on Facebook

REQUIREMENTS
A command (e.g. -fb) is able to

• create a post on Facebook
• compose content of the post
• attach a screenshot of a conversation on Discord
