I don't think the cover will be enough to keep water out. Options are add a gasket or caulk.
Opting for caulk. If it turns out we're always opening the enclosure, then a gasket can be installed.
This could be an inplace gasket.

This is blocked by #12

Need to seal the r200 cable as well.
