Simple case:
i have bytes with JPG/PNG content and i whant optimize image in my application, most cases in memory

Well, my initial motivation to create this project was to build a standalone utility. That was my priority. But I can see how it could be useful if there was an API made available by this package. Right now I can’t focus on that, but I will consider that possibility in case someone submits a pull request or if I manage to get some free time.
