Can you create module with PyUSB and without dependencies of libusb-1.0-0-dev?

Hello @Anonym-tsk , what's the issue with the libusb? it looks like pyusb still requires it to be installed?

But in any case, unfortunately at the moment I've got no time to play around with it.. Having said that, I'd be happy to accept PR if it indeed makes dependencies lighter and does not break anything.
