BUG: after create partitioned table there are partitions with null in name #100

Hello.
We create table with partitions via this https://github.com/vertica/dbt-vertica/blob/master/dbt/include/vertica/macros/materializations/models/table/create_table_as.sql#L39
But this alter doesn't partitions old data and so we have one or more partitions with null in name.
