Add Items to carts after order is placed

My client requires that carts still be modifiable before payment is made but after order is placed. Will it create inconsistencies if I removed the part that checks its state when addItemToOrder mutation is called?

Hi,
In v2 this will be configurable without having to modify the core. In v1 it should be also OK, but you need to test thoroughly.
