When two networking plugins are used in Kubernetes , why there is race condition occurring there ? #3

For eg. When calico and Flannel are used as network providers and when a new pod spins up. There is a race condition between the two network plugins which sometimes leads to crashloopbackoff , absence of calico annotations etc. Although each network policy comes with it's own perks
