6. Bisacodyl 10 mg PO DAILY:PRN constipation
7. Loperamide 2 mg PO TID:PRN loose stools
8. Lorazepam 0.5 mg PO Q4H:PRN anxiety
9. DuoNeb *NF* (ipratropium-albuterol) 0.5 mg-3 mg(2.5 mg
base)/3 mL Inhalation Q6 hours wheezing
