Sure, I'll think about the best place for it.

If you need an answer ASAP, go into the site created by kobweb create app (or any of the other ones) and find a favicon icon file in the jsMain/resources/public folder. Then change it to whatever you'd like, and it should work as long as it's a valid icon file.

I did that already but it's still not working for me it still displays the kobweb icon
