Currently when a new list is created, there is no ACLs set on the data. This means another user that connects to the same Syncbase service can see all the lists.

We set full-access ACLs on tb/ for the owner and no-access for others.

When a SyncGroup is created by sharing a list, we need to update the ACLs on that list to include the new user, otherwise data won't get synced.
