kvm zone support

This is entirely un-tested as of yet. I'm not sure if kvm zones work or not. I suspect not, because of the inability to zlogin.

For kvm zones, hardware virtualization is required. Unfortunately, virtualbox does not currently support this. Once this plugin works natively with vmware, we can figure out what to do with kvm. Once we can run kvms, however, the networking configuration will work the same.

Ok! I'll leave this open as a reminder, but won't worry about it until we get vmware working.
