Admindan post yuborganda aiogramni o'zini ishlatib har 30 ta messageda sleep berilgan.

Har bitta siklda tasks.append(task) qilingan.
Bu narsa ramdan kotta joy va bo'shashi uchun kotta vaqt obqo'yadi.

Post yuborish uchun telethon ishlatilgani yaxshi.

Telethonda habar yuborish bo'yicha limitlar yo'q yoki ancha kattaroq limit.
