As we start to use the template-sync action we're likely to ID updates required to the action itself as well as desired files to add to the
.templatesyncignorefile (so we can stop manually checking-out those changes, e.g.). This PR is for anyone to commit needed updates as we find them and merge once we've collected a few updates.
