On prestashop helpdesk app: textarea field not taking enters and spaces

How to Reproduce:

If we are created ticket from customer panel on prestashop helpdesk and gives spaces and enters in text area field so here not taking extra enters and spaces:

On Admin prestashop helpdesk:

On Customer prestashop helpdesk:

If we have update from saas uvdesk also not showing properly with spaces and enters.

Possible Solution:

If we have gives spaces and extra enters so here should be taken space and enters like uvdesk panel:

On saas uvdesk:

I have verified and check this issue, now this issue has been resolved with the not showing html tags here like this:

After new updates:

But still here enters not added like uvdesk helpdesk:

So I am not closing this issue for now. Need to fixed these points also.
