On admin panel should be shown a internal note added also like uvdesk helpdesk

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Create a ticket with added internal note added in workflow

Step 2: Now check on the prestashop helpdesk admin panel here internal note not showing:

Step 3: Now check on the saas helpdesk admin side here internal note added:
