Issue with PHP 8.2 and latest version of UVdesk 1.1.3

Hi,
PHP 8.1 will end his active support in two mouths as showed here:
https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

On 25 Nov 2023 PHP 8.1 will be supported only for critical security issues.
PHP 8.1 will never receive any-more fix for reported bugs and no sure also also small security issue will be quickly fixed.

Actually UVdesk never work with PHP 8.2 this because an error is generated when run CronJobs to fetch emails.
The issue has been reported on the year 2022 here: #655

Can you please help me to fix the errors:

I want avoid removing UVdesk soon for find a solution that can work with PHP 8.2

Hello Marco,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While these are all deprecation notices and don't result in any issues, they still need to be resolved for future compatibilities so we will work towards gradually addressing these deprecation notices with time. Nonetheless we will definitely add official support for PHP 8.2.

@akshaywebkul thanks for letting me know.
The issue is that alert are sent to my email address every time cron is run because the control panel I use send error notification by email.

I will see if I have a way to disable that but disable alerts is not very good. I hope you can fix this to fully support PHP 8.2 soon.
Now I can see also other open source ticket solution is supporting PHP 8.2 and I really need to switch as soon the fully support of PHP 8.1 will be no more the same.
