How to find a report that's public? #163

There's got to be an easy way to find a report if it's public (approved), if you're viewing it from the admin side. Why? Sometimes there's a message (like the one below) that I need to find quickly.

If there was just a "view public version" on the top, I could easily jump to it. If it isn't approved and public, it shouldn't have that link.

No sure exactly what the request here is:
Do you need a listing of public reports? or do you want a way to search only approved reports?
Or a more obvious way to see what is / isn't published?

You can see if a report is public on the edit screen, just scroll down and look at 'Approve this report'

Or if you're in the main listing look at the 'approved' / 'approve' button
