Group responses in SMS view

it would also be useful if the 'responses' are not viewable in SMS view, so we don't try to process them again.. or can be indicated as a response in the /admin/message view.

The issue with this is that 2 messages from the same number might not always be replies.
They might be distinct reports from the same person. So indicator is possible, but needs a human check..

Suggested enhancement to further improve:

To clarify: https://uchaguzi.co.ke/admin/messages has a "show messages" link that folds-out the thread into a div.
In that same div I would like to be able to delete multiple redundant messages from that dialogue, using a 'delete' link.
I would like to be able to create a report from any of the messages in that thread, if I notice that the message has a new topic being discussed.
