I downloaded "Download report" plugin and following step to add in ushahidi setup

== Installation ==

1. Copy the entire /downloadreports/ directory into your /plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin.

2 nd step is Activate the plugin, Please help me to understand how to activate this plugin?

In my install ushahidi directory there is no /admin directory, Please explain me where is this /admin directory?

I am able to access it but when I click on download or upload report it show me "The requested URL /cclive/admin/reports/download was not found" on this server, Here cclive is project where I deployed ushahidi set up.
