Update the PAGER database to include:

email/user information (already there)
model/exposure results
uncertainties
stop/unstop setting for events
cities included on onepager
all cities
famous cities (see Cloud Migration: Famous Cities #279 )
??

Also create a (automated, user-driven?) process to periodically update cities database from geonames)
