What is the current behavior?
If an archive folder does not exist, Glass3 will continue processing the same pick file continuously.
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem
Run Glass3 without a archive folder.
What is the expected behavior?
Glass3 should either create the archive folder or throw an error.
What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
In the real-time environment, this could cause a difficult to detect issue where the same picks continually get fed into the system.
