Describe the bug

Cannot insert other memos.

Scroll bar jumps.

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit the Memo and insert the content of other Memos. The editor has no reaction at all.
2. The last memo editing in the page selection list. As long as the scroll bar outside the editor is pulled to the bottom and content is entered, the browser scroll bar outside the editor will jump, which seriously affects the input content.
