Can you post details about the file I/O for bank accounts

I am confused what you want us to do with a text file for bank accounts between the customer and bank teller. Can you shine some light upon this.

Our group thought there was supposed to be some type of banking account system (that may have included writing/reading to/from a text file)...but we may have misunderstood...Any details?
