We need a place to link to more resources, like: different github repos from developers like 𐐝𐐮𐐾𐐮𐑊𐐰𐑌𐐻𐐨, paldev, urbit github, UIPs, etc.

A good place for this could be under tools/Github resources

But something like linking to Holium's docs or any other developer made online resources would be good.

@ripperi a good front-end element for this would be to have a external link type in the left side nav on every level of the dropdown hierarchy. visualisation is easy with the top right arrow
