Currently the "stop" is triggered by a random time after throwing.
An alternative mode (that can be enabled and disabled) could trigger a challenge that any of the players of the team need to respond to.
For example the server could print a random string (for "weak" throws a short sequence, for strong throughs a longer sequence) and than any player that posts the string in alternated capitals will trigger the stop. Any player would be allowed to do that, as its their own fault if a player stops the drinking time.
e.g. wKlFsev -> first player to type WkLfSEV will trigger the stop
